Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp
Ingredients
Fruit Layer
3 c strawberries (sliced)
3 c rhubarb (sliced crosswise)
1 c sugar
3 T all-purpose flour
Topping
1.5 c all-purpose flour
1 c packed brown sugar
1.5 c rolled oats
1.25 c butter
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 F.

Mix Fruit Layer ingredients (strawberries, rhubarb, sugar and flour) together in a large bowl.

Pour the mixture into a 9X13 baking dish.

Mix Topping ingredients (flour, brown sugar, oats and butter) in a bowl until crumbly.

Sprinkle Topping on Fruit Layer.

Bake until crispy on top (about 45 minutes).

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
